Laiba’s role
Laiba Imran is the initial nutritionist collaborator working with the NutriHygiene team. She is a clinical dietitian who studied Human Nutrition and Dietetics and offers her own online nutrition consultations from Faisalabad, in Urdu or English.

Meet LaibaNutriHygiene and Nutrition Care
NutriHygiene builds nutrition tools around Pakistani meals and familiar portions such as roti, katori and plate. Its website offers a free seven-day meal-plan tool.
Nutrition Care is a feature being developed and tested to connect that daily routine with support from a nutritionist. The workflow includes consultations, nutritionist-written meal plans and follow-up using a person’s meal records.
In Laiba’s own practice, a consultation starts with the person’s usual meals, health concerns, routine and budget. Her work with NutriHygiene brings a practising dietitian into the collaboration as the team develops Nutrition Care.
Nutrition Care is still being tested. Appointments booked on this website are with Laiba directly; they do not enrol you in a NutriHygiene care package.

The site gives people a clear way to understand Laiba’s services and ask about a consultation. Visitors can read about her practice, check appointment details and send her a WhatsApp message.

- Urdu text reads from right to left, with English explanations alongside it. The practitioner profile and consultation information use both languages.
- Layouts for phones and desktops
- Navigation, photographs and text adapt to the screen size. Contact links remain available while people browse on a phone.
- A direct consultation enquiry
- The contact page explains fees and usual appointment hours, then opens WhatsApp so people can ask Laiba about availability.
- Search and sharing details
- Pages have their own titles, descriptions and canonical addresses. The site also includes an XML sitemap and structured information about Laiba’s practice.
